If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by sending us an email within 24 hours of placing the order. You may also call our Customer Care on +91 73311 14631 (Timings: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM IST) within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If an order is cancelled within the permitted timeline, a charge of 2.5% will be deducted towards payment gateway fees. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, or as per the bank’s guidelines.
