Shipping Policy
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse by courier partners.
As per safety protocols, we are currently accepting online orders to ship within India and worldwide. Due to the changing nature of the situation, we reserve the right to pause deliveries to any country at any time if so warranted.
Order Delivery Timings
Order deliveries will be made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are unavailable, you may suggest an alternative recipient such as a family member, colleague or neighbor. However, the brand takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
Certain courier partners may request an OTP to complete delivery. This OTP will be sent to the mobile number provided at the time of placing the order and must be shared to complete delivery.
What The Elf is not responsible for any damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of the date of delivery.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout prior to payment.
The brand is responsible only for compliance with export and customs laws of the country from which the products are shipped. The consignee must ensure compliance with import and customs laws of the destination country.
The number of products ordered may exceed the permissible limit for customs clearance in certain countries. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with such limits before placing an order.
The brand will fulfil all international orders from its end. However, the consignee is responsible for customs clearance and payment of all applicable duties, taxes, VAT, import charges or other government levies upon arrival in the destination country.
If an order is not cleared by customs for any reason, the brand may, at its sole discretion, process a refund after deducting shipping costs, return duty charges and any other expenses incurred.
Please ensure that your order and its contents comply with the laws and delivery regulations of your country.
For Domestic Orders
We ship across India except for a few remote locations.
All domestic orders of INR 1000 and above qualify for free shipping.
A flat shipping charge of INR 150 is applicable for orders below INR 1000.
For International Orders
We ship internationally across many countries.
International orders of INR 15,999 and above qualify for free international shipping.
For orders below INR 15,999, a flat shipping charge of INR 2500 applies. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout prior to payment.
Shipping charges do not include customs duties or taxes, which vary by country and cannot be pre-determined by the brand.
The brand is responsible only for export compliance. The consignee must ensure compliance with import laws and bear any applicable customs duties, import taxes or VAT in the destination country.
If an international order is not cleared by customs, the brand may process a refund after deducting shipping, return duty and related charges incurred.
Customers are advised to confirm that their order complies with the laws and delivery regulations of their country before placing an order.
