Policy for Exchanges
Unopened, undamaged and unused items may be exchanged only at the store from
which they were originally purchased and only within seven (7) days from the
date of purchase. Exchanges will be processed solely against the original
invoice, which must be produced as proof of purchase. All exchanges are subject
to the sole discretion of the Company.
Products that have been opened, damaged, tampered with or returned without
complete original packaging, including inserts, price tags and outer cartons,
will not be accepted for exchange.
Gift boxes and discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return once
sold, irrespective of the circumstances.
In case of product leakage or damage noticed at the time of purchase, please
inform our store staff or contact customer care via email or phone at the
details provided by the brand.
Policy for Gifts with Purchase & Offer Periods
Gifts with Purchase (GWP) and promotional offers are run at the sole discretion
of What The Elf and may be modified, discontinued or withdrawn at any time
without prior notice.
While we strive to fulfil every customer order, gift items may be subject to
limited availability. In the event a gift is unavailable during a GWP or offer
period, store staff will not be able to fulfil special requests for alternative
items. Customers are encouraged to check gift availability prior to purchase.
During promotional offer periods, Members of What The Elf will not accrue points
on such transactions. Existing points or coupons may still be redeemed, however
points will not be awarded on the differential value paid during the offer.
